My day - normal

Training frm 4pm to 9.30pm...
I find training is getting more and more intense !! However, i prefer like this way. Although during training was tough but after training, the feeling was great !! haHax.. for today training, i was half-pancaked by derick ! Haf bit of external injuries but wasn't realli worry abt it.. wat i most worry abt is whether i'll haf internal right leg or right hand injuries.. ~pray hard NO INTERNAL INJURIES~ !! Situation after i was half-pancaked was quite funni... all i noe was something veri heavy fall on mi... wahaHax. But guys who are concern, thanks & I'm alritex... no Worries !! =)

Cherish everything...
For the past 3 days, bellbell (hamster) jus past away suddenly.Was quite sad and unexpected... den the next day, i saw a motorist(dead) laying beside his motor and shattered of glass from the car window surrounded it... this scene for mi was quick shocked ! I jus keep having the thoughts of the motorist might be going somewhere to haf fun or etc and den jus got into accident and passed away... Life is so fragile -sighx- . You will nv noe urself or anyone could jus leave this world and become one of the stars up up the sky... all this incident make mi learn tt cherish & love ur loves one and every single things around u before it's too late.........
